DENPASAR, BALINEWS.ID – PT Hatten Bali Tbk is excited to introduce its latest innovation, Two Islands Prosecco. This sparkling wine is designed to elevate both grand celebrations and everyday moments, capturing the essence of tropical life with its crisp, citrusy effervescence. A perfect addition to the Two Islands Wines collection, it reflects the brand’s commitment to offering wines that are refreshing, delightful, and perfect for any occasion.
For the first time, Two Islands has embraced the Charmat method – an Italian technique that enhances the fruity profile of the wine. Moving away from the traditional champagne method, the winemaking team adopted this approach to create a light, crisp Prosecco with vibrant notes of lemon and tropical fruits, all balanced by a delicate sweetness.
“As pioneers in the industry, we are proud of our continuous innovation in crafting wines that stand out in the market,” said Ida Bagus Rai Budarsa, founder and president director of PT Hatten Bali Tbk.
“Our Prosecco is the wine style our customers have eagerly anticipated. We’ve crafted it with the intention of offering a fun, easy-drinking sparkling wine,” said James Kalleske, head winemaker at PT Hatten Bali Tbk. “It’s a wine designed for everyone to enjoy, perfect for celebrations, beach days, or casual evenings.”
Versatile and approachable, Two Islands Prosecco is the ideal companion for tropical vacations, Friday nights, cocktail parties, or relaxed afternoons with friends. This vibrant, fresh wine is now available at select retail outlets and online, offering everyone the chance to enjoy its effervescent charm.
About Hatten Wines (PT Hatten Bali Tbk.)

Hatten Wines works closely with local grape farmers, offering a range of 13 wine variants. In 2007, the company expanded its portfolio with the introduction of Two Islands, a brand featuring wines from select vineyards in South Australia. In 2016, the Two Islands Reserve range was launched, marking the premium segment of modern Australian wines. This expansion was driven by a focus on market potential and the company’s dedication to crafting high-quality wines that compete with international imports. In 2014, Dragonfly Wines was introduced, targeting the local and Asian markets with sweet wine variants.
Hatten Wines offers 13 unique products in both bottle and cask formats, while Two Islands features 11 variants, complemented by 4 additional offerings in the Reserve line. Dragonfly Wines presents a curated selection of 2 distinct variants.
